1. 服务范围

Easy Nomad 提供远程岗位信息聚合、远程公司信息、远程岗位推送订阅、自动投递辅助工具、招聘信息发布入口和反馈沟通入口。岗位信息可能来自论坛、社交媒体、招聘平台、公司官网或其他公开渠道。

2. 账号与用户责任

你需要对使用本服务时提交的邮箱、密码、简历、求职意向、反馈内容和其他信息的真实性、合法性和准确性负责。请妥善保管账号和登录凭证，不得将服务用于违法、侵权、骚扰、攻击、爬取、绕过权限或干扰网站正常运行的目的。

3. 岗位信息免责声明

Easy Nomad 会尽量筛选适合国内远程的机会，但不保证岗位信息的真实性、完整性、持续有效性、薪酬准确性、雇主资质、录用结果或法律合规性。你在沟通、投递、签约、收付款或入职前，应自行核验岗位和雇主信息，并谨慎评估风险。

4. 订阅、付款与退款

远程岗位推送订阅可能通过兑换码、微信、小红书店铺或其他人工确认方式开通。数字订阅服务一经开通，原则上不支持退款。对于重复付款、兑换码异常、服务延期或其他特殊情况，请通过页面公布的联系方式与我们沟通处理。

5. 简历上传与自动投递工具

简历解析、岗位匹配和自动投递工具仅用于辅助你整理求职信息、生成常见问题回答和填写投递表单。你应在提交前自行检查所有投递内容，并自行决定是否向第三方网站、招聘方或平台提交申请。

6. 服务变更与终止

Easy Nomad 可能根据运营需要调整功能、价格、岗位来源、推送频率、页面内容或服务入口。如果用户违反本条款或存在安全风险，我们可以限制、暂停或终止其访问相关服务。

7. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的范围内，Easy Nomad 不对因第三方岗位信息、第三方平台、邮件投递延迟、网络故障、用户操作或不可抗力造成的损失承担责任。本服务不承诺求职成功、面试机会、岗位数量、邮件到达率或第三方服务持续可用。

Easy Nomad makes reasonable efforts to filter remote opportunities suitable for candidates in China, but does not guarantee the authenticity, completeness, continued availability, salary accuracy, employer qualification, hiring result, or legal compliance of any job information. You should independently verify each job and employer before communication, application, agreement, payment, or onboarding.

4. Subscriptions, Payment, and Refunds

Remote job alert subscriptions may be activated through redemption codes, WeChat, Xiaohongshu store purchases, or other manually confirmed methods. Once a digital subscription service is activated, refunds are generally not supported. For duplicate payments, abnormal redemption codes, extensions, or special cases, please contact us through the published contact information.

5. Resume Upload and Application Assistance Tools

Resume parsing, job matching, and application assistance tools are provided only to help you organize job application information, generate answers to common questions, and fill application forms. You should review all content before submission and decide whether to submit applications to third-party websites, employers, or platforms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Nomad is not liable for losses caused by third-party job information, third-party platforms, email delivery delays, network failures, user actions, or force majeure. The services do not guarantee job search success, interview opportunities, job volume, email deliverability, or continued availability of third-party services.
